Server issues today
At 11:00am GMT today, I lost access to the Server this website was hosted at. There is nothing that can be done about that.
For the time being, I am hosting this site on a temporary rig. And, I will move to a new server mid-week. During this period things might run a bit slow and some of the content might be missing - please feel free to send me an email if you come across anything broken, I am working to restore things.
I am aware of the fact that there are some 200 odd posts from this blog that are no longer available. A large bulk of them will come online during the course of the next few hours. Comments that users had left are gone. For the time being, I can see no means to bring those back. The only backup I do have for those comments is in email. One per comment. So till I can figure out some means to parse and re-post them without causing any major issues - they are gone.
Apologies for any inconveniences caused. ~And please keep in mind that only this website ( the blog ) is effected, http://centos.karan.org and the other subdomains that run within the .karan.org namespace remain un-effective and are functioning normally.
