rsync to centos.karan.org - a few changes

hey everyone, specially those useing rsync to get at the centos.karan.org repository. A few paths are going to move around, so consider this a heads-up of sorts.

There is a small change to bring in the EL5 extras ( which are also building, now ) - and to allow a couple of guys to submit patches and do bugfix's.

Whats going to happen is that you will get the repo root in the rsync, ( so that will include the /el4/ portion as well, which you dont get now. ) And there will be a /el5/ that pops in at the same level as /el4/

If you want to see the changes, look at http://centos.karan.org/el4/ and http://centos.karan.org/el5/. And finally, the changes are still a few days away, so no panic.
