Whats the Redhat[tm] name doing on Oracle's site

Ok, so this is from the Oracle Enterprise Linux download site, taken earlier today. As far as I can make out, its Oracle actually using the Red Hat name for google foo perhaps ? Specially since its not visible on the oracle site ( http://edelivery.oracle.com/linux ) on anything using 8+bit colours. Seamonkey, in this screen grab was running on a remote machine, with a severly reduced xorg pkg set, i presume its something there that allowed this to come through.
