a new look for the wiki

Some of you might have noticed already that the CentOS Wiki has a new look, which is loads better than what we had there previously. And I just want to say that its all been down to the efforts put in by Alain Reguera Delgado and Ralph Angenendt over the last few weeks. And backing them up was the entire CentOS-docs team.

I really like the new look and based on comments from people so far, its been well received in the community as well.
